So you’ve made it to Resident Evil: Requiem, huh? You’re not alone. Dave Aubrey, your guide, has been there and back, and he’s here to spill the beans on all those pesky safes scattered across the game.

The Bar & Lounge Safe

And let’s start with the Bar & Lounge safe. You might have to deal with some enemies first, but once you do, it’s a piece of cake. The code is simple: <10 >80 <30.

Roll the lock left (clockwise) 10, right (counterclockwise) 80, and then left again 30. Press Check to open it up. Three Antique Coins are yours for the taking, along with Grace’s S&S M232 pistol nearby.

The Examination Room Safe

Next on your radar is the Examination Room safe. This one practically begs you to crack its code: >30 <10 >50. Right (counterclockwise) 30, left (clockwise) 10, and right again 50. Inside are three more Antique Coins for your collection.

The Waiting Room Safe

Moving on, the Waiting Room safe is a bit of a letdown. It’s already open, and all you get are two Antique Coins. Maybe someone else found it first? Or perhaps they were too lazy to search?

The Basement Furnace Safe

And now for something completely different: the Basement Furnace safe in the side room. You’ll find this after using a Joint Plug to access the forklift room. The code is <60 >40 >80, meaning right (counterclockwise) 60, left (clockwise) 40, and then right again 80. Inside, you’ll get a Raccoon Roundup Map marking every statue in the Care Center’s areas, along with x10 Handgun Ammo.

The ARK Sterilization Chamber Safe

Venturing into the Sterilization Chamber filled with Lickers, you’ll find another safe at the rear. The code is >10 <90 >20. Right (counterclockwise) 10, left (clockwise) 90, and then right 20. Inside are a Med Injector, Handgun Ammo x15, and a Molotov Cocktail—essential supplies for getting through this section.

The ARK Monitor Control Room Safe

Lastly, the Monitor Control Room safe is adjacent to the Lobby where you need two orbs to open the door. The code is <50 >60 <80. Left (clockwise) 50, right (counterclockwise) 60, and left again 80. This safe gives you a Med Injector, Bottle of Acid, and an Empty Bottle.

Insanity Mode Safe Codes

And just because it’s fun: the Insanity mode safe codes are different. The Bar & Lounge code is >20 <50 >30; the Examination Room code is <50 >30 <90; the Waiting Room is already open but empty; the Basement safe code is <70 >50 <20; and the Sterilization Chamber safe code is <80 >50 <0. The Monitor Control Room code in Insanity mode is >20 <0 >70.
